About FirstClub:
At FirstClub, we are building a new kind of quick commerce from the ground up, and the supply chain is where that promise is won or lost.
The Supply Chain Product team builds the systems that decide what we buy, where it sits, how it moves and what we promise each member.
Every order that reaches a member on time, fresh and complete is the output of our products.
The team's charter spans the full supply chain:
- Buying & Sourcing: demand-led purchase planning, vendor management, PO lifecycle and inbound scheduling.
- Collection Centers: first-mile intake, quality checks, grading and consolidation of fresh and farm produce.
- Distribution Centers (DCs): inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packing, outbound and returns.
- Middle Mile: DC-to-Club House replenishment, trip planning, vehicle utilization and inventory movement.
- Club Houses: receiving, storage, pick-pack, cycle counts, freshness and wastage control.
- Inventory Management: single source of truth for stock, ageing and expiry, replenishment and inventory accuracy across nodes.
- Capacity Management: labor, slot, storage and throughput planning across nodes and time of day.
- Promise Engine: what we promise each member - availability and delivery ETA - based on live inventory and capacity.
Why FirstClub:
- Build, don't babysit: Much of our supply chain stack is being built right now. You will design core systems, not just tune someone else's.
- Small team, big surface area: You'll own outcomes that would sit with a whole team at a larger company.
- Fast loops: Ship on Monday, watch it run on a Club House floor by Wednesday, improve it by Friday.
- Ground truth over slide decks: Our PMs spend real time in DCs, Collection Centers and Club Houses, not just in dashboards.
- Scrappy beats perfect: We'd rather run a pilot this week than polish a plan for next quarter.
- Your fingerprints on the company: The decisions you make now shape how FirstClub scales to every new city.
The role:
As a Product Manager on Supply Chain, you will own one or more problem areas across our supply chain end to end, with scope shaped by your strengths and the team's priorities.
You will spend real time on the ground with our operations teams, turn what you see into clear problem statements, and ship tools that make operations faster, more accurate and cheaper.
What you will do:
- Own the roadmap, PRDs and delivery for your area, from discovery through launch, adoption and iteration.
- Build process tools for frontline and planning teams that are simple to use, work in real operating conditions and hold up at peak hours.
- Work with Operations to map current workflows, find where time, stock or money is lost, and fix it with product.
- Own and move the core metrics for your area, such as accuracy, productivity, availability, cost and wastage.
- Work across team boundaries so your area connects cleanly with the rest of the supply chain stack.
- Write clear specs and work daily with Engineering, Design, Data and QA to ship on time with quality.
- Define success metrics up front, set up dashboards, run pilots in one or two nodes, and scale what works.
- Drive adoption on the ground: SOP changes, training material and feedback loops with site managers and associates.
- Use AI and automation where they remove manual effort - for example, exception detection, smart nudges to frontline teams, or automated decisions.
What we are looking for:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, or in a product-adjacent role (operations excellence, program management, business analytics, engineering) with at least 1 - 2 years owning product outcomes.
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, food delivery, logistics, warehousing, retail or another operations-heavy business.
- A solid understanding of supply chain or operations workflows, and the curiosity to go deep on new ones quickly.
- Strong first-principles problem solving; you can break a messy operational problem into measurable parts.
- Comfort with data: you write SQL, build your own dashboards and make decisions from numbers.
- Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain a spec to an engineer and a workflow change to a frontline associate.
- Bias for action, high ownership and willingness to spend time on the floor.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
Good to have:
- Built or shipped tools used by frontline or operations teams.
- Exposure to WMS, OMS, ERP or procurement systems.
- Experience with fresh, perishable or cold-chain categories, including FEFO and expiry management.
- Exposure to planning, forecasting or optimisation problems.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in product work, or experience shipping ML-driven features.
