FirstClub - City CEO

About the Role:

As the City CEO - Mumbai, you will own the complete P&L and growth of one of our most strategic markets.

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll be responsible for building Mumbai from the ground updriving customer growth, operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, team building, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team while making independent decisions to scale the business.

What You'll Own:

- End-to-end ownership of Mumbai's business performance and city P&L

- Launch and scale new Clubhouses across the city

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and member satisfaction

- Build and lead high-performing Operations, Supply Chain, and City teams

- Deliver industry-leading service levels across fulfillment and last-mile operations

- Improve unit economics, productivity, and profitability

- Develop local growth strategies based on customer insights and market dynamics

- Partner with central Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams

- Create scalable operating processes while maintaining execution excellence

- Build a strong performance culture with speed, accountability, and ownership

What We're Looking For:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Quick Commerce

- Proven experience managing large teams and complex city or regional operations

- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning business metrics or P&L

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments

- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions

- Bias for action and hands-on execution

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "Founder Mentality"

Within your first year, you will have:

- Built a high-performing city leadership team

- Successfully scaled Mumbai operations while maintaining best-in-class customer experience

- Delivered sustainable growth across revenue, orders, and profitability
