First Voyager Advisors provides non-binding investment advisory services to TVF Capital Fund in Mauritius.

Over the past 20 years, the TVF Capital Fund has built one of the strongest long term track records with investments across technology, financial services, healthcare, industrials, and consumer sectors. We are looking for a high-integrity, detail-oriented Operations professional to join our Mumbai office and oversee AIF & FII operations.

The Role: You will work closely with the Founders, CIO, and Operations team to ensure seamless functioning of the AIF & FII platform.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strong expertise in accounting, including fund accounting, preparation and review of financial statements, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and end-to-end financial reporting.

- Managing & coordinating effectively with custodians, trustees, legal advisors, auditors, banking partners, and compliance consultants to ensure seamless fund operations

- Reconciliation of portfolio, trades, expenses, corporate actions, and cash balances

- Ensuring adherence to SEBI AIF & FII regulations and managing regulatory filings

- Investor onboarding (KYC/AML), capital calls, redemptions, and investor reporting

Ideal Background:

- 4-7 years' experience in AIF / PMS / Fund Administration / Big 4 fund accounting

- Exposure to Category III AIF structures and FII structures preferred

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)
