Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist [D2C].
The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
The role involves creating and executing strategies to drive growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the companys footprint within the D2C ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Experience in New Business Development and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Expertise in Lead Generation and creating pipelines to attract potential clients
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of business strategy and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the D2C sector or e-commerce is a plus
