More at https://www.firstdue.com/ Role: We are looking for Product Owners & Scrum Masters who are extremely passionate about understanding and solving customer problems and building experiences that enhance customer engagement. You will work with the Product Manager to assist in planning the product roadmap and will work closely with Product Managers & Tech which leads to prioritizing the backlog using data and work on the most impactful features. You should have an ability to partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results for driving Customer Success. Responsibilities 1. Assist the Product Managers (PMs) in technical solutioning. Act as bridge between PM, Dev/tech leads and other stakeholders. 2. Good knowledge about software development and act as Scrum master, organizing and leading ceremonies 3. Act as primary point of contact for the support organization in the escalation of bugs to the Product team. Conduct root cause analysis on bugs and work with PM to appropriately prioritize tasks to fix bugs. 4. Work with PM in defining roadmaps 5. Work with Tech leads to getting estimates and remove roadblocks if any 6. Prioritize customer support tickets assigned to Product team and create Jira tasks 7. Define the target metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritization of roadmap 8. Understand the user stories and break them into tasks with developers 9. Work with the engineering teams & UX closely and deliver a world class product through the MVP and iteration approach Skills needed: 1. 8+ years of experience including 5+ years as Product Owner (part of product management team) 2. Should be able to analyze the product requirements and its impact 3. Should be able to convert product requirements into Epics, Stories and prioritize the same 4. Should be able to triage bugs, analyze the impact and prioritize 5. Should have in depth understanding Scrum ceremonies and agile processes 6. Prior experience of scrum master is a must 7. Prior to working as Product owner, working experience either as a developer or QA is desirable 8. Good to have understanding in JavaScript & to write SQL queries 9. Strong technical acumen and passion for solving complicated problem solving 10. Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution 11. Solid track record of having shipped products & features in agile, fast paced environment 12. Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs 13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey a product strategy to partners and senior leaders.
