Product Owner Job Description: - We are looking for Product Owners who are extremely passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, and build experiences that enhance customer engagement. - You will own the product roadmap and also will work closely with Project Manager & Tech leads to prioritize the backlog using data and work on the most impactful features. - You should have an ability to partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results for driving Customer Success. Responsibilities: - Assist the Product Managers (PMs) in technical solutioning. Act as bridge between PM, Dev/tech leads and other stakeholders. - Good knowledge about software development and act as Scrum master, organizing and leading ceremonies - Work with PM in defining roadmaps - Work with Tech leads to get estimates and remove roadblocks if any - Prioritize Customer desk tickets assigned to PM and create Jira tasks - Define the target metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritization of the product roadmap - Understand the user stories and break them down in into tasks with developers - Work with the engineering teams & UX closely and deliver a world class product through the MVP and Iteration approach Skills needed: - Overall experience of 8+ years out of which 4-5 years of end-to-end product management skills - Should have development experience in PHP and SQL. - Good to have understanding in JavaScript & to write SQL queries - Strong technical acumen and passion for solving complicated problem solving - Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution - Solid track record of having shipped products & features in agile, fast paced environment - Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey a product strategy to partners and senior leaders.
