Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering personalized consultations, and providing expert advice on property buying and investments. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, recommending suitable real estate solutions, keeping clients updated on market trends, and ensuring seamless support throughout the transaction process. The role requires collaboration with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability in consultative selling, customer-centric approaches, and providing property investment advice.

- Knowledge of the real estate market, including RERA-compliant properties and market trends.

- Strong analytical skills for assessing client requirements and offering data-driven property solutions.

- Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.

- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other relevant fields.

- Prior experience in real estate advisory or sales is highly desirable.
