We are looking for a high-performing and self-driven Manager - Real Estate Sales to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transactions, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in the Pune property market. This role demands a mix of customer service, market insight, sales execution, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end residential and/or commercial property sales, including prospecting, property visits, deal negotiation, and closure.

- Manage and maintain updated property listings, coordinate with developers, brokers, and sellers to ensure availability and accurate information.

- Guide clients through the property buying and selling journey, providing professional advice and timely support.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Pune's real estate market trends, pricing, locations, and inventory.

- Conduct regular site visits, schedule meetings, and provide presentations tailored to clients' investment and residential goals.

- Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws, regulatory policies, and documentation standards.

- Prepare and review sales agreements, property documents, and coordinate with legal/registration teams when needed.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and build pipelines.

- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports and market intelligence insights.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.

- Proven expertise in real estate sales, preferably in the Pune market.

- Good understanding of real estate laws, RERA compliance, and local property documentation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet aggressive sales targets.

- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Educational Qualifications:

- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification (MBA or PGDM) in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management
