Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Manager Home Loan Sales.
- The Manager Home Loan Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing business plans, conducting market analysis, and providing excellent customer service.
- The individual will also handle communication with clients, ensure smooth processing of loan applications, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
