Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure team growth.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profits.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects sales strategies.
Reporting and Strategy:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid real estate license is preferred.
