- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations, project governance, cross-functional coordination, delivery management, and process optimization initiatives across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, operational planning, and program execution capabilities with proven experience managing large teams, multiple projects, and enterprise-scale engineering operations. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, business, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and delivery efficiency.

- The candidate will play a key role in driving organizational processes, resource management, project governance, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end engineering operations, project governance, and delivery coordination activities.

- Manage multiple cross-functional engineering programs and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with leadership teams, engineering departments, product managers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to align project execution with organizational objectives.

- Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and operational tracking across teams.

- Establish governance frameworks, operational processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics for engineering

functions.

- Monitor project timelines, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation management.

- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance guidelines, quality processes, and operational best practices.

- Lead engineering operations reviews, stakeholder meetings, strategic planning discussions, and executive reporting.

- Prepare and present project dashboards, MIS reports, operational insights, and leadership updates.

- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, delivery efficiency, and operational performance.

- Coordinate with HR, finance, procurement, vendors, and external stakeholders for operational and resource management activities.

- Support capacity planning, workforce management, hiring coordination, onboarding, and team development initiatives.

- Manage budgets, operational costs, vendor coordination, and procurement-related activities.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective issue resolution across programs and projects.

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture across teams and stakeholders.

- Mentor managers, team leads, and operational teams while supporting leadership development initiatives.

- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
