Role Description


- This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Gujarat, MadhyaPradesh, Rajasthan, Maharastra, Mumbai, Westbengal , Oddissa, Andhrapradesh, Telagana, Across Pan india Location,


- The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the assigned zone, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.


- Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, guiding sales teams, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


- The role requires coordination with various internal departments and providing regular reports to senior management.


Qualifications


- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management,

- Strong leadership and team management skills,

- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies,

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,

- Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.)

- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans, .

- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools, .

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,

- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus, .

- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone as needed, .
