Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Pune.


- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


- Daily tasks include managing customer queries, providing expert advice on loan options, coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing, and developing new business opportunities.


- The role involves managing client portfolios, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills

- Knowledge of various loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, SME Loans, and Vehicle Loans

- Financial Analysis, Credit Assessment, and Risk Management skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or related industry is a plus

- Proficiency in using digital platforms and financial software tools

- Strong ethics and commitment to compliance and data security
