- This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Regional Sales Manager.

- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

- Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to travel within the region as needed

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
