Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role with min team handling exp of 5 years and overall exp of 10- 12 years.

- The Regional Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

- Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to travel within the region as needed

-Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
