JD: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

- Maintain financial accountability, including managing expenses, wages, and asset management to meet budgetary goals.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategic plans to improve branch performance and customer service.

- Prepare, analyze, and present weekly reports on branch operations, sales, and financial performance to senior management.

- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of branch employees to build a skilled and motivated team.

-Manage employee performance, including coaching, development, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

- Foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork, high morale, and professional growth.

- Build strong relationships with customers to promote branch services and drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 4 years' management or supervisory experience in the banking or financial services industry.

- Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing staff.

- Strong financial management skills with experience managing budgets and operational expenses.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
