Job Description: Social Media Manager.


Role Overview:


We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive our brands digital presence with a strong focus on social media strategy and execution.


The role will also oversee influencer marketing, agency partnerships, and performance monitoring to maximize brand reach, engagement, and advocacy.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.


- Plan, manage, and publish content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.


- Ensure consistent brand storytelling, tone, and identity across channels.


- Experiment with emerging platforms and formats to expand reach.


- Manage community engagementresponding to queries, building dialogue, and driving loyalty.


- Execute campaigns, events, and activations with strong social media amplification.


Influencer Marketing:


- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messaging.


- Manage end-to-end influencer campaignscontent creation, scripting, creative visualization.


- Build long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing brand advocacy.


- Liaise with influencer agencies to curate relevant content and partnerships.


- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, optimizing for ROI.


Agency Collaboration:


- Partner with creative, media, and influencer agencies for campaign delivery.


- Provide briefs, monitor execution, and ensure alignment with brand goals.


- Review agency performance and optimize collaboration for maximum output.


Execution & Monitoring:


- Oversee execution of social media and influencer campaigns end-to-end.


- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and share of voice.


- Generate performance reports and apply insights to refine strategies.


- Monitor online conversations and support ORM (Online Reputation Management).


Requirements:


- 4-7 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.


- Strong expertise in creating and executing social media campaigns.


- Proven track record in running influencer collaborations and digital activations.


- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize performance.


- Excellent communication, content sense, and project management skills.
