Role Summary:
FINVASIA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects end-to-end. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in line with defined timelines, scope, and budgets
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and governance standards
Team & Resource Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Optimize utilization of resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Process Expediting & Logistics:
- Oversee expediting activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
- Manage logistics coordination to support smooth project execution
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting delivery
Quality, Inspection & Compliance:
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate inspections
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to leadership
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Proven experience in expediting processes to meet aggressive timelines
- Hands-on experience with inspection processes and quality compliance
- Solid understanding of logistics management in project environments
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA is preffered
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
