Role Description:

Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 5 Years+

Department: Marketing.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in executing influencer campaigns, building brand partnerships, and driving engagement across social media platforms.

The role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote our products/services, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.

- Understanding of influencers, category, scripting, understanding and updated with regulation by ASCI.

- Draft guidelines for influencers for smoother flow.

- Identify and establish relationships with relevant agencies and influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.

- Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that resonates with the audience and drives desired actions.

- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing influencers to monitoring content and ensuring timely delivery.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI,leads, etc.), provide actionable insights, and optimize future campaigns for better results.

- Build long-term relationships with influencers, turning them into brand advocates to continuously support the brand's messaging.

- Work with the creative, PR, and paid media teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

- Should also be well versed with SEBI / RBI guidelines on fin-influencers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.

- Proven experience in building relationships with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and report on the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, etc.) is a plus.

Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Strong understanding of brand positioning and messaging.
