Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated candidate with strong research, communication, and CRM management skills.


The role involves supporting global market expansion through research, client acquisition, sales reporting, and digital outreach.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social media networking to build meaningful client connections and drive business growth.


Responsibilities and Outcomes


Market Research and Strategy:


- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities (present & future) for growth in the global market.


- Keep eye on the upcoming market trends and its complications in the global market on our business.


- Monitor industry developments, client needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.


- Identify niche markets and potential areas of expansion, design and brainstorm plans accordingly with the management


- Develop the best and effective marketing or business development strategies to companys growth in the market.


New Client Acquisition:


- Identify and target potential clients in the target market segments, maintain an organised client database and promptly update it with new additions.


- Develop a good understanding of the businesss services and be able to advise others about them to acquire new clients.


- Provide regular reports on Marketing activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.


CRM & Client Communication:


- Manage and update client interactions, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.


- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data to support effective reporting and decision making.


- Track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion timelines in CRM.


- Prepare CRM-based dashboards and reports and provide insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.


Email & Social Media Outreach:


- Draft, schedule, and send professional email campaigns for client engagement and lead nurturing.


- Personalize email communication for different client segments to improve response rates.


- Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with prospects, build relationships, and generate leads.


- Support social media business development initiatives by engaging with the community through industry-related posts and company updates.


- Monitor outreach performance (open rates, response rates, connection growth) and share insights with management.


For business development role:


- International Business Development experience is must


- Must have done extensive market research for BD for global markets


- Hands on different lead generation tools


- Research on CRM data & analysis
