About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Specialist who can craft compelling narratives, manage multi-channel content, and strengthen Finulents brand presence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content that drives engagement, leads, and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy:- Collaborate with marketing, training, and design teams to plan and execute content strategies.
- Conduct research on audience needs, trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Track content performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.
Content Creation & Management:- Develop, write, and edit blogs, articles, newsletters, and thought-leadership content.
- Build and update content for presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
- Maintain an organized content calendar for timely campaign execution.
- Manage and update content on CMS platforms.
Social Media:- Build and implement a cohesive social media strategy.
- Create engaging posts and campaigns across platforms.
- Track analytics, monitor competitors, and optimize digital reach.
SEO & Digital Marketing:- Optimize website and digital content for SEO/SEM.
- Lead website content updates and revamps.
- Manage Google Analytics and AdWords campaigns.
Brand Communication:- Maintain communication consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on multimedia content.
- Strengthen brand presence through impactful storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years in content or digital marketing roles.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
Skills & Requirements:- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Deep understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords & CMS tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic web design concepts.
- Excellent communication & time-management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
