Position: Regional Sales Head _ BFSI

Job Description:

- Drive Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for core banking products across LATAM markets.

- Business Development: Identify and engage new prospects, develop strategic relationships, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Client Engagement: Work closely with banking and financial institution executives (CIOs, CTOs, COOs) to understand business needs and position appropriate solutions.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed regional sales quotas and KPIs, focusing on new business acquisition and expanding footprint within existing accounts.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity and market trends in the LATAM financial services sector to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.

- Partnerships & Alliances: Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and channel alliances to grow reach and revenue.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performance regional sales and pre-sales team (if applicable).

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
