- Vertical Establishment & Growth: Lead the strategic establishment and aggressive growth of our new wealth management vertical, developing its market presence and client base from inception.
- Team Leadership & Building: Recruit, inspire, and lead a dedicated team of wealth management professionals to drive success, fostering a high-performance, client-centric sales culture.
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the sales and distribution of mutual funds, fixed deposits, and demat services, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Product & Service Development: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing wealth management products and explore new offerings to meet evolving client needs and market trends.
- Revenue & AUM Growth: Drive aggressive targets for revenue generation and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth within the wealth management division.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the wealth management landscape.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales and operational activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and risk management.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee the development and nurturing of strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 14+ years of extensive experience in wealth management, with a strong focus on mutual funds, demat services, and fixed deposits.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales teams within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) certification, or NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certifications are highly desirable and will be given preference.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to define and execute long-term growth plans.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Results-Oriented: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business development targets.
