About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently.

This is a key role that involves overseeing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and enhance performance.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sale support.

- Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational processes.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proven experience in sales operations, business development, and revenue generation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and metrics to make informed decisions.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving business growth in a dynamic environment.
