About the job:
We are looking for a Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of GIFT City (IFSC) regulations, SEZ norms, and IFSCA guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing regulatory and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and GIFT City operational regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.
- Handle statutory filings, registers, and regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with GIFT City authorities, IFSCA, auditors, and consultants.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams for cross-functional adherence.Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- MBA and Bachelors degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Strong understanding of GIFT City / IFSC regulations is a must.
- Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Fund Management, Consulting, or Global Services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
