Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing 360-degree marketing strategies that enhance the brand's exclusive image and drive sales through both retail stores and the e-commerce platform.
This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to attract and retain an affluent, discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and execution:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring a consistent brand message and aesthetic.
- Manage a marketing calendar that covers brand launch, product launches, seasonal collections, and special promotions for both retail and e-commerce.
- Stay informed on luxury market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
E-commerce management:
- Drive online traffic and sales through performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize product listings, product pages, and promotional content to maximize discoverability and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance the user journey.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on online performance and ROI.
Retail marketing and customer experience:
- Plan and oversee exclusive, high-end events and in-store activations that reinforce the brand's prestige.
- Partner with retail managers to ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all visual merchandising and customer service interactions.
- Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to segment and engage high-net-worth clients with personalized communication and loyalty programs.
Brand management and communication:
- Create and coordinate high-quality, aspirational content, including overseeing photoshoots and collaborating with creative teams.
- Manage social media strategy across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to drive engagement and reinforce brand identity.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies and luxury brand partners for collaborations and media placement.
Analytics:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in the luxury retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of success in driving brand growth and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of affluent consumer behaviour and the nuances of the luxury market.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Existing network within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience with advanced data analytics and AI-driven marketing tools.
