
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.
This role goes beyond transactional HR and focuses on enabling scalable processes, governance, and strategic HR interventions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements (Payroll, Taxation, Labor Laws, ISMS, Risk Mitigation).
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee statutory filings, audits, and end-to-end governance processes with precision.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Operations:
- Lead payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements), and tax-related processes with strategic alignment to employee value proposition.
- Partner with brokers/vendors for benefits programs and drive employee awareness initiatives.
HR Data & Analytics:
- Own HR data integrity and build advanced dashboards for leadership reporting.
- Deliver insights on workforce trends, attrition analysis, compensation benchmarking, and compliance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Leverage analytics to streamline HR operations and support strategic planning.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee seamless execution of employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding to exit) with a focus on compliance, experience, and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in policies, processes, and digital HR tools to enhance employee experience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for senior leaders on HR operations, compliance, and payroll matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure organizational alignment.
- Provide consultative support to leadership on HR policies, compliance, and operational best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM/MPM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of progressive HR operations experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and C&B practices.
- Expertise in MS Excel, HR analytics, and reporting; familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to balance governance with employee-centric HR practices
