Fincity - Assistant General Manager - Commercial Leasing

Job Description:

Fincity is an Real estate alternate investment platform with AUM of over 1,500 Cr. We invest and manage commercial real estate including office and warehousing properties and plan to grow portfolio to over 5 million sq. ft.. We are looking for dynamic individual to join our Commercial Leasing team focused on maximizing occupancy / rentals at our existing and upcoming projects.

- Strategic Planning & Leasing: Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties, identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize occupancy rates.

- Client Engagement: Conduct impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and crafting tailored solutions that effectively close deals.

- Channel Partner Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with IPCs, brokers and channel partners to enhance brand visibility.

- Leasing Process Management: Oversee the entire leasing process from negotiations to the execution of Lease Deeds, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present detailed inventory and lease management reports, providing valuable insights into market trends and the performance of leasing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing (office and/or warehousing).

- Strong understanding of commercial leasing structures, rentals, and negotiations.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance, or Marketing.

- Experience working with institutional investors or asset managers.
