Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing with a proven track record in the SMB SaaS space targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing programs to drive growth, establish brand identity, and generate demand. This is a leadership role and requires a strategic thinker who can deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth in the US SMB SaaS market.

- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing programs, including digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, events and social media campaigns.

- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and engagement.

- Lead the creation of compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts and nurture leads through the funnel.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions for SMBs in the US market.

- Proven expertise in running successful end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing techniques.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
