Job Title: Senior Product Manager Health & Insurance (SPM / PM3).
Experience Required: 6 8 Years.
Job location: Pune / Bangalore [Hybrid].
Job Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals focused on Health & Insurance verticals.
- Bring deep domain expertise and create team to identify & deliver the opportunity.
- Ensure we are able to capture substantial (40%+) market share of these new opportunities in Health & Insurance domains.
- Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
