Job Description :

Business Improvement & Automation :

- Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Apps, SAP, and workflow tools.

- Lead digital enablement initiatives for finance teams.

- Design KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive MIS reports.

- Improve month-end close processes and reduce reporting timelines through automation.

Finance Transformation :

- Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Intercompany processes.

- Standardize finance processes across global entities.

- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting accuracy.

- Build scalable finance operating models and governance frameworks.

SAP & Analytics :

- Partner with business and IT teams on SAP transformation initiatives.

- Translate finance requirements into SAP-enabled solutions.

- Support SAP implementations, UAT, testing, and change management.

- Develop real-time reporting solutions integrating SAP with Power BI.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with Finance Leadership.

- Lead workshops to gather business requirements.

- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
