Financial Strategist - CA/CFA
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Financial Support
- Assist in tracking budget vs. actuals, financial modeling, and project financial performance.
- Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and data presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Provide analytical support for business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Coordination
- Manage scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the Founder.
- Support in organizing client and investor presentations, board materials, and business updates.
- Ensure preparedness and follow-ups for key business meetings and interactions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between the Founders Office and internal departments and external partners.
- Draft high-quality emails, communication material, and documentation on behalf of the Founder.
- Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Project & Operations Oversight
- Track progress on key business projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather updates and ensure timely reporting.
- Flag delays or risks proactively and propose corrective measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3 - 4 years in Executive Assistance, Business Support, Consulting, or Strategic roles.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or project tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience working with senior leadership, founders, or CXOs is preferred.
