Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to lead analytical and industry research focused on the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating market trends, financial data, and sectoral dynamics to develop strategic insights and actionable solutions for MSME lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sector Tracking & Product Ideation:

- Continuously monitor and analyze SME sectors to identify key challenges and opportunities; translate findings into innovative product ideas that address lender pain points for MSMEs.

- Industry Trend Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand demand-supply shifts, pricing movements, trade dynamics, and emerging sectoral risks/opportunities by monitoring high-frequency data sources.

- Client Engagement:

- Present research findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders; offer real-time analysis of the impact of macroeconomic and sector-specific developments.

- Data Analytics:

- Work with large, complex datasets (financial and operational) to draw insights that support strategic decision-making and product development.

Qualifications:

Bcom/BTech+MBA or any related field.

Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.

Proficient in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar), with the ability to analyze large datasets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction.

Understanding of the MSME ecosystem, lending products, and market challenges is highly desirable.
