- To lead the financial accounting including reporting and control activities of Retail business. - To ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the statutory and regulatory laws. Goals KPI's: - Standalone Financials (LTICL) Preparation of Financials as per INDAS on periodic basis - Investment Preparation and Reporting of Investment schedule on monthly basis to ensure: - Correctness of entries booked in system by OPS team - Valuation of Debt Securities/Bonds by OPS team - Preparation of Break up of Investment Income - Preparation of Gain/Loss working on Investment - Analysis of movement in shares held as bailee - Reconciliation of investment holdings with demat statement - Wholesale Loan Book Preparation of EAD of Retail segment - Reconciliation of EDW report numbers with SAP GL balances - Other Audit and Regulatory related work Coordination with statutory auditors - Preparation of Investment and Loan related Disclosure working - Preparation of Flow form and related workings of Investment and Loans - Flow forms for retail loan and investment - Other Financials and Loan Book Related Work Preparation of different workings to support preparation of Financial Statements with further follow up with respective Operations or Business teams for any discrepancies related to Unamortised fee schedule, Advance from Customer workings and Agreement level Income variance - Projects Supporting in various Automation Projects related to Investment and Loans (Retail) - CA with 1-5 years of experience in F&A with any Bank / Financial Services / Fintech
