Role Overview:
We are looking for a finance professional with a strong Financial Reporting background, preferably from a listed company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of financial statements
- Quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Ind AS compliance and statutory disclosures
- Audit coordination (Statutory/Internal)
- Financial close and consolidation activities
- Board / Management MIS and performance reporting
Additional Requirements:
- In addition to reporting, exposure to business accounting, MIS, budgeting, variance analysis, and finance automation initiatives would be valuable.
- This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership, provide meaningful financial insights, and ensure strong governance and reporting standards.
- It is not a pure accounting operations, AP/AR, taxation, or bookkeeping profile.
- Target candidates from listed companies who have owned financial reporting and MIS responsibilities, can interact confidently with senior stakeholders, and have a good blend of reporting, controllership, and business finance exposure.
