Financial Reporting Manager - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, IFRS, and applicable regulatory frameworks.

- Perform GAAP conversion, reconciliations, and disclosures as required.

- Support audit processesstatutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Record to Report (R2R) Manage end-to-end R2R cycle, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, and reporting.

- Review balance sheet schedules and ensure timely closure of books.

- Monitor accounting entries, provisions, and adjustments as per accounting standards.

- Financial Controls & Governance Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data validation and compliance.

- Stakeholder Management Present financial data and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with external auditors, consultants, and banking partners.

- Support treasury, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting activities when required.

Skills & Experience:

- Required Must-Have: Chartered Accountant with 57 years post-qualification experience.

- Hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, R2R, Month-end close, and GAAP conversions (Ind-AS/IFRS).

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and audit procedures.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good to Have: Experience in corporate finance or shared services environment.

- Exposure to consolidation, statutory filings, financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

- Knowledge of internal financial control frameworks.
