Financial Reporting & Controlling Role

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review periodic financial statements in compliance with IND AS, IFRS, or US GAAP

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance

- Develop and implement financial reporting and controllership policies and procedures

- Monitor changes in accounting standards and update financial reporting practices.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis

- Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies

- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.

- Manage cash flow and financial planning effectively
