Financial Planning & Strategy Role - IIM

Strategic FP&A: Lead the AOP and quarterly forecasting; build complex financial models to drive self-sustained growth.

Value Chain Intelligence: Partner with Production and Sales Heads to optimize unit economics and identify cost-leakages.

Advisory: Act as a "Chief of Staff" for finance, providing the CEO with data-backed insights for CAPEX and market expansion.

Cash & Risk: Manage liquidity and hedging strategies alongside the Import/Export team.

Who You Are:

Education: MBA/PGP from a Tier-1 IIM (or equivalent).

Experience: 2+ years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory (Deloitte/PwC/EY/KPMG).

Skillset: A master of three-statement modeling, EBITDA improvement, and "frugal innovation."

Mettle: Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to take 100% ownership in a fast-growing, rural-impact FMCG environment.
