Financial Planning & Analysis Role - FMCG

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven FP&A professional with experience in the FMCG industry to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide insights that drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

- Perform detailed variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights

- Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to analyze pricing, promotions, margins, and volumes

- Track and analyze key FMCG KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, contribution margin, inventory turnover, and working capital

- Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives

- Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reports

- Prepare financial presentations for senior management and leadership reviews

- Support month-end close and ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in FP&A within FMCG or consumer goods industry

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
