Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Financial Controllership - CA

Description: We are hiring for a Finance & FP&A professional for a leading global organization (client of InnoQuest). This role offers strong exposure across financial accounting, controllership, reporting, FP&A, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close with high accuracy and integrity

- Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for decision-making

- Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations

- Investigate variances and recommend corrective action plans

- Partner with divisional finance operations to enhance accounting accuracy

- Provide FP&A support on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and metrics

- Collaborate with onsite FP&A and finance teams for business reviews

- Support internal and external audits (walkthroughs, documentation, queries)

- Work on cross-functional and corporate finance projects

- Financial data extraction from systems like Lawson, Siebel, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in Financial Accounting / Controllership / Public Accounting

- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution across teams

- Excellent communication, presentation, and structuring skills

- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and time management

- Advanced Excel skills (macros, links, databases); working knowledge of MS Access

Preferred Requirements:

- Valid Indian Passport with minimum 2 years validity (Mandatory)

- US/UK Visa preferred

- 4+ years of experience

- Qualified CA

- Experience in insurance brokerage domain is a plus

- Exposure to financial systems like Lawson, Siebel, etc.
