We are looking for a dynamic Accounting & MIS professional with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, proficient in SAP and review of financial statements. The role involves not only technical accounting but also a strategic review of financial data to support management in decision-making.
Review & Analysis for Management:
- Conduct periodic reviews of books of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Analyse financial statements and highlight key variances and trends.
- Prepare management reports with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and risk mitigation measures.
MIS & Strategic Reporting:
- Support in developing MIS reports tailored for Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Accounting & Finalization:
- Review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS
- Ensure accurate ledger maintenance as per well-defined SOP
- Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in book keeping activities.
SAP ERP Operations:
- Manage SAP FI/CO modules for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Support integration of financial data across departments using SAP tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related accounting issues.
