We're looking for a confident, proactive, and outgoing individual who can work independently, build strong relationships, and comfortably support and challenge business leads. You'll play a key role in supporting the FP&A and business teams with timely and accurate P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis, while driving strategic decision-making across global operations.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights:

- Act as a Strategic Business Partner to leadership and operational teams

- Take ownership of P&L, cash flow, and forecast cycles

- Lead and improve budgeting and forecasting processes

- Drive performance improvement and value creation

- Collaborate across business units for global reporting and analysis

- Present key insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP

- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders

- Ability to analyze large datasets, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

- Detail-oriented with a data-driven and solution-focused approach

- Comfortable working independently with a proactive mindset
