Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic financial decisions through data-driven insights.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts (quarterly/monthly).

- Work with business units to understand cost structures and revenue drivers.

- Drive the budgeting process by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards.

- Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) and provide commentary.

- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights.

Business Partnering

- Support business leaders with financial models and decision-making tools.

- Analyze operational performance and recommend areas for efficiency improvement.

- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to align financial goals.

Financial Modeling

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.

- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis for business cases and investment decisions.

MIS & Systems

- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership.

- Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.

- Work on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) to extract financial data.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent command over MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
