Financial Planning & Analysis Professional - Airlines - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes to ensure organizational financial targets are met and resources are optimized across business units.

- Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing leadership with accurate visibility into financial performance and potential risks.

- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions that improve profitability and operational margins.

- Partner with business leaders to develop robust financial models for new initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making for investments and market expansion.

- Translate complex financial data into compelling presentations for the Board and executive committees to facilitate strategic alignment and transparency.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial planning and analysis frameworks within large-scale, fast-paced environments.

- A professional qualification such as a CA, MBA from a premier institute, or CFA, complemented by 12 to 23 years of progressive experience in corporate finance and strategic planning.
