Looking for minimum 6 months of experience in FP&A.   - Candidate should have experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, variance analysis etc  MBA from IIM's Only.   - Besic knowledge of usisng MS Acess / VBA  - Support the business management activities of the Global Banking and Markets Management Offices  - Assist in the preparation of materials to enable senior management in strategic decision making in relation to the GBM business  - Develop and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis, working independently; lead specific projects as required; effectively deploy internal and external resources   - Participate in the training of analysts  - Act as a resource for the wider team as directed by the Bangalore management as well as onshore teams  - Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the job-holder is involved  - Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators  - Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the Global Banking business  Skills/Experience Required :  - Good understanding of GBM business model, sub-businesses, etc as well as critical issues impacting the business  - Ability to work with senior stakeholders on a variety of regular as well as ad-hoc pieces of analysis and reports  - Ability to analyze and present business information in a meaningful manner so as to facilitate effective decision making  - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills  - High achieving and motivated person with drive for developing into an experienced banker  - High attention to detail while completing tasks effectively and efficiently   - A good understanding of company financials and ability to navigate through financial statements   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications   - Knowledge of M&A execution as well as other GBM products  - A strong understanding of the financial markets  - People with experience in MIS, FP&A, Financial Planning, Financial/Revenue Reporting etc will be good fit  - Leadership experience and track-record (e.g. in current role or as part of academics/extracurricular activities)  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written   Interpersonal and Personal Effectiveness :  - Collaborate with others across the business to achieve the overall goals of Global Banking and Markets  - Uphold the highest level of integrity and act as a role model for all values and business principles  - Share information, knowledge and ideas with the team  - Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards  - Take an active role in initiatives outside of own role; proactively seeking different assignments to accelerate learning
