Role Overview: We are seeking professionals for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function within our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division. The role will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting business performance management, and enabling strategic decision-making through robust analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with CIB business units (Global Markets, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury, and Securities Services) to deliver accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. - Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategy and performance tracking. - Provide insights on revenue, expenses, profitability, and capital utilization across CIB products and services. - Support management reporting, variance analysis, and trend monitoring to ensure informed decision-making by senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with product controllers, business managers, and regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data. - Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A reporting. - Contribute to preparation of board packs, investor decks, and regulatory/management presentations related to the CIB business. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking products (lending, trade finance, capital markets, derivatives, treasury, securities services). - Proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. - Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan, SAP BPC). - Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights in a clear, structured manner. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to work across global teams. - Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
