Job Summary :

We are looking for a Financial Operations Systems Analyst with experience in finance, enterprise business applications, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting processes, ERP systems, and business workflows, along with hands-on experience supporting enterprise financial applications such as Oracle Fusion Financials, Salesforce Billing, or similar platforms.

The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams to support financial systems, resolve production issues, improve business processes, and drive system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional and application support for enterprise financial systems, including Oracle Fusion Financials, Salesforce Billing, or similar ERP and billing platforms.

- Support core finance processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Monitor system performance and data integrity across finance applications and integrated enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.

- Participate in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation.

- Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and issue-resolution documentation.

- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure compliance with financial controls, business policies, and data governance standards.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of experience supporting Finance, ERP, or Business Systems applications.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and enterprise finance processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, Salesforce Billing, or similar ERP/billing solutions.

- Good understanding of :

1. Order-to-Cash (O2C)

2. Billing & Invoicing

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. General Ledger (GL)

5. Revenue Recognition

6. Financial Reporting

- Experience supporting enterprise application integrations and cross-functional business processes.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise financial systems.

- Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem and CRM-Billing integrations.

- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and reporting.

- Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integrations, and middleware platforms.

- Experience working in global or cross-functional support environments.

- Knowledge of financial compliance, audit processes, and internal controls.
