Financial Modelling Analyst/Consulting Manager - Investment Banking

- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Modeling Analyst with 4+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing financial models.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial forecasting, valuation models, budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal.

- This role requires excellent Excel skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Financial Modeling & Forecasting

- Develop and maintain complex financial models

- Build business forecasts including revenue projections, cost modeling, and cash flow analysis.

- Conduct variance analysis and update models based on actual performance.

- Support long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Valuation & Investment Analysis

- Perform valuation analysis using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, new business cases, and capital projects.

- Conduct IRR, NPV, and break-even analysis.

- Prepare investment memorandums and financial summaries.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- MBA / CFA / CA / CPA (Preferred).

- 4+ years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.

- Advanced Excel skills (financial formulas, pivot tables, scenario tools, VBA preferred).

- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Experience with financial planning tools or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. - preferred).
