Analyst/Senior Analyst - Private Credit Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our Research and Strategy Operations team. The successful candidate will support senior credit analysts and Private Credit front office teams by conducting company and industry research, building financial models, and analyzing large financial datasets. Responsibilities: - Conduct company and industry research to support Private Credit front office teams - Build financial models, summarize conference calls, and prepare quarterly earnings reports - Manage and analyze large financial datasets to identify trends and exceptions - Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery - Collaborate with the in-house technology team to automate processes and achieve optimal efficiency Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree in finance with 1-6 years of relevant experience - Experience in managing financial activities and large financial datasets - Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and experience in building financial models - Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and guidance - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
