Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Modeling Analyst to work on a project basis (6 months). The analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models for the manufacturing & retail industry, identifying key metrics to track the growth of businesses in this industry and designing data models accordingly. Note: Candidates who have experience in fundraising, preparing pitch decks and financial projections, and supporting the due diligence process will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain financial models for different industries key focus being - SMB Manufacturing, Fintech, B2C SAAS to evaluate the financial performance of companies - Identify key metrics to track the growth of companies and provide insights to senior management to improve financial performance - Analyse financial data and prepare reports, highlighting trends and variances to support decision making - Prepare financial projections and investment analysis to support fundraising efforts - Prepare pitch decks to communicate the company's vision and strategy - Support the due diligence process by providing financial analysis and responding to investor queries Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA or CFA is preferred - 3+ years of experience in financial modelling, investment analysis and fundraising - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw conclusions - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software
